These are the problems we get called out to most often, written up the way we would explain them standing in your garage. Each one covers what usually causes it, how to tell the causes apart, and where the line is between what is safe to check and what is genuinely dangerous.
Plenty of this you can sort out yourself, and we would rather you knew that than paid us to tell you. When it does need a technician, you will at least know what you are being quoted for.
